Pangur, the scholar's cat
This is our second cat, Pangur. It's an old Irish name. Pangur came
to live with us when we moved into a house we owned, and thus didn't
have any restrictions on the number of pets. We got her largely to be
a companion for Jasper, in which position she serves admirably.
This is an unusually calm pose. Although she's slightly over a year
old here, she's still very much a kitten. I love the way her eyes
have been lit up by the flash, a-la Alien.
